Mr. Sowmiyan Seshadri
Mr. Sowmiyan after completed his bachelors degree in nutrition and dietetics, started enabling various concepts incorporating fields such as food chemistry, food microbiology, molecular gastronomy and therapeutic nutrition in his patients practice. His quest for knowledge and better understanding of clinical nutrition, had made him pursue a masters degree in clinical nutrition from one of the prestigious university in India.
Biography
His knowledge of weight loss nutrition comes from his very own experiences of dealing with obesity patients since his internship days in Bangalore. Learning newer ideas and concepts of nutrition in weight loss, fitness and maintenance of healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and exercise have immensely helped him to succeed in his clinical nutrition days.
He strongly believes in the magic of healthy eating, regular fitness & active lifestyle for weight management and swears by it as a way of maintaining overall health. As a healthcare professional he encourages patients to follow a simple, practical formula to help them attain their weight loss goals.
